Responsibilities
- General administration work
- Assist and support the administrative staff
- Handle and organise office filing systems effectively
- Operate the switchboard - taking messages or redirecting calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain good customer relations
- Must be able to work under pressure
Requirements
- A valid Grade 12 Certificate
- A valid Code 8 or greater License
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Preference will be given to applicants with:
- Previous experience with administrative duties
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Sage Pastel Accounting
